Cancellation & Late Policy

Cancellation Policy

Zab understands that schedules can change and kindly requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours or “No-Shows” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
• Cancellations made 7 days before a photoshoot/event may be done with no penalty if the shoot is immediately rescheduled.
• If the shoot is not rescheduled, the deposit will be retained with no exceptions.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot incur a one-time cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or “No-Shows” forfeit all fees paid.

Late Policy

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and no more than 15 minutes late.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $90 late fee.
